Heike Hagen is a voice talent and music producer. Her voice is familiar to millions of people from modern speech applications. She was described as „the most famous voice in German-speaking countries“ in a portrait by the Swiss television network SRF. She is narrator of more than 70.000 minutes of television documentaries e.g. for ARTE, ZDF, VOX, RTL and Pro7 Sat 1 Group. Heike Hagen has been the station voice of public cultural broadcaster WDR 5 since 2004. Furthermore she is the dubbing voice in series and movies (Homeland, Thor etc.) and lends her voice to commercials, industrials, audio dramas, audio books and videogames (Assassin’s Creed, The Division etc.)
Heike Hagen aka Velve is signed with Bosworth Music as music producer. In 2016 she received a platinum award for her collab with German Deichkind in „Die Welt ist fertig”.
Heike Hagen delivers voice recordings in all languages including cast and mixing from her own sound studio. Thanks to her many years of experience with direction, audio production and marketing she serves as a consultant for the audio branding agency Wesound since 2018.
Heike Hagen studied jazz singing and acting in Cologne, Communications at Bavarian Academy for Comunications as well as Media Studies and Psychology at the University of Cologne.
